1. Services Provided

Elegance Flooring Orlando provides residential flooring installation services including but not limited to: stone-core SPC (Stone Plastic Composite), engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and laminate flooring installations. We serve Central Florida within a 45-mile radius of Oviedo, FL (ZIP 32765).

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by Elegance Flooring Orlando are free of charge and carry no obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may differ from initial estimates if site conditions discovered during installation differ materially from those represented at the time of the quote.

3. Booking and Payment

A signed work order or written confirmation is required before any installation work begins. Payment terms are specified in your individual work order. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest at 1.5% per month.

4. Materials and Warranty

Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation provided at installation. Our installation workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from the date of completion against defects in installation. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage from external sources, settling of the home, or modifications by parties other than Elegance Flooring Orlando.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

 

• Provide accurate information about the project site and conditions.

• Ensure access to the work area on scheduled installation dates.

• Remove furniture and personal belongings from the work area unless otherwise arranged.

• Ensure utilities (electricity, water if needed) are available during installation.

• Notify us promptly of any concerns during or after installation.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled installation up to 72 hours before the start date without penalty. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start may incur a restocking fee equal to 15% of the project total to cover materials already ordered and labor scheduling. Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable once ordered.

7. Use of Website and Social Media

Our website and official social media accounts (Facebook Page facebook.com/eleganceflooringorlando and Instagram @eleganceflooringorlando) are provided for informational and marketing purposes. You agree to use these channels respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to remove comments or messages that are offensive, spam, or violate platform community standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, captions, branding, logos, and content on our website and social media accounts are the property of Elegance Flooring Orlando and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission. Project photos posted to our social media accounts represent work performed by Elegance Flooring Orlando; client identities and home addresses are never disclosed without explicit written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elegance Flooring Orlando is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elegance Flooring Orlando, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
